Oceanfront Home with Private Balcony & Private Beach

Everything was perfect!

We loved the location and the fantastic ocean views! It was so easy to walk around Oceanside. We would stay there again.

This place is amazing if you are wanting to be right on the beach. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of space. We woke up to dolphins and were able to swim in the afternoon. We even saw a starfish! It was so nice to be able to be so close to the beach and then only a couple minutes drive to Oceanside's main attractions. Our family had a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed the home and stunning view. We used the provided beach chairs and towels which was great!

What a beautiful place!! I sat on the balcony for hours listening to the waves and watching the sunset while my family played downstairs on the private beach. It was lovely!

This was the perfect location! Loved being right on the water it was a short walk to the pier. Several great restaurants in the area to walk to. Safe neighborhood could jump in the ocean at the house or walk down to the pier to swim on the public beach. We love Oceanside and would definitely stay here again.

my family and I had a wonderful vacation with a cute centrally located area. The neighbors in the other condo did not share the garage, beach entrance or chairs with us so we didn’t have access to these amenities but by no fault of the leasor. We made do with what we had. It’s a great rental. Would highly recommend it.

This unit is spacious and very comfortable with amazing views. The ocean proximity is amazing with hypnotic waves crashing all day. It’s a special place to visit.

I arrived after the check in time, which was listed as 3 pm, and to my surprise it had appeared who ever had been in the unit prior had not packed up, or cleaned up. Now this was first glance, upon further investigation, I found the cleaning crew inside, who advised me they had just arrived, after the check in time. I contacted the owner and was offered access to one of his other locations until mine was ready however when you go on vacation, you expect to get there and enjoy yourself there, not move from location to location. When you have kids and an elderly grandmother, this is not accommodating. The “clean” dishes had remnants of food on them, the air filter was filthy, and trash remained from previous tenants. We were told it would take approximately 3-4 hours to clean our unit, which after 5 hours on the road was unacceptable. We did not get into the unit until 7. Overall the location is great, however the hospitality and cleanliness was sub par.

We had an incredible stay! The location was amazing and the house was perfect for coffee and cocktails with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets. The beach yard on the property was awesome. We sat and watched the waves and had a dolphin show right in front of the house. We loved this house and the location. 5 stars all around.

The house was beautiful and exactly as described.. absolutely beautiful location. House was spotless, very comfortable for all of us. We wished we could stay longer, but will definitely be back.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at David’s AirBnb place. The ocean views from the master bedroom, the living room and balcony are spectacular. David answered our questions in a timely manner, took care of our allergy related request and gave clear directions. The furniture, the kitchen, the bathrooms, bedrooms and living room area are highly functional. Everything was clean and in good condition. It felt like our home away from home. We will be glad to stay in David’s place on a future visit.

Absolutely stunning view! Loved going to sleep and waking up with the sound of the ocean literally right outside. It rained almost our whole trip sadly but the views were still magnificent. Well stocked kitchen was nice as well.

The location is absolutely beautiful but the condo is a bit dated in some areas. The bathrooms although very clean were old. The bed and pillows were not Comfortable. However I can not emphasize the location enough. Gorgeous!!

If you want to wow the family (and yourself), this is your place. Spectacular views, relaxing sound of the ocean, and a spacious, very comfortable apartment. Countless epic sunsets, dolphins swimming close to shore, and majestic “squadrons” of pelicans silently soaring above, seemingly within reach. Really a home run. We couldn’t have been happier and, obviously, do again.

Great location and comfortable beachfront condo. This fit 7 of us (adults and children) very comfortably. We had everything we needed to cook meals, play on beach, and relax and watch the sunset. The host was very responsive, both via the app and via text. We will be back!

Comfortable condo. Watching and listening to the waves crashing on the beach instantly transported me into vacation mode. Oceanside is a fun town with a lot more attractions a short drive away. I would stay here again.

my friend stayed that I relocated because of the California fires they had a wonderful time and they were able to take their mind off the disheartening news so thank you so much for your wonderful place

Great location and easy space for my family over the holidays. The park a short walk away and the shops also nearby were a great perk. The view and the little front beach (with sand-toys) made the trip even better.

David described his property perfect. It was easy to find beautiful location. That view was breathtaking. We had six adults and there was plenty of room. The rooms were very roomy and clean including the bathrooms. The bathrooms were easy to share very roomy. Cooking was easy with all the utensils, pots and pans that we needed. It was an easy walk to the pier and shopping and restaurants. We will definitely come back again! Thank you for sharing your home !

Our stay was truly delightful! The views were stunning, and watching dolphins each morning was an unforgettable experience. We also loved the spacious area overlooking the ocean—it made for the perfect spot to unwind. Though we wished for direct access to the ocean, we decided against climbing down the rocks for safety. The property itself was pristine, incredibly roomy, and felt just like home, with a fully equipped kitchen offering plenty of great amenities. David was very accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in when we arrived ahead of schedule. It was a great mini getaway.

Our family absolutely loved this condo! It was comfy with plenty of room. We loved watching the dolphins everyday from the balcony and listening to the crashing waves while we slept. We enjoyed some beach time each day and it was convenient that there were beach chairs and toys available for our use.

David was great. Communication was great. He granted us an early check-in & a late check-out. We ended up arriving & leaving with in 15 minutes of regular check-in & check-out. But it was very nice of him. Location was great, very convenient, close to downtown, shops and restaurants etc. It contains a semi-private backyard that was great for out-door activities. Great views, beach front. I just wish it had AC and a propane larger grill. It was noted no AC so we brought our own fan to help keep us cooler in doors. The grill was small and electric which made grilling a slow process, especially for thick ribeye steaks. Overall happy to of stayed at this location.

Absolute gem of a location for a beach front getaway with the family and our dog.

Really liked the location of the house. The owner was nice enough to allow us to do an early check in which was much appreciated. The issue came with the lack of response from the owner. When we arrived the owner was there. After leaving for lunch, we had a family member attempt to enter the house and the door keypad would not work. After several attempts to call/text/and email the owner with no response, we were finally able to gain access. We had another issue with the cleanliness of one of the bedrooms (the beds specifically) that forced us not to use the room. It wasn't a huge deal but when we messaged the owner to alert them, we again received no response. We had zero responses over the 3 days. Overall, the house was in a great location but was not nicely renovated. Super old bathrooms, no AC, and some areas were not clean (food in the freezer, hair in the bathtub, issues with the cleanliness of the linen/beds in one room. Owner was not responsive.

David’s place is stunning! My family and I spent the weekend here to celebrate Mother’s Day and a birthday. We couldn’t have been more impressed with the beautiful view, private beach, and home. Everything was super clean, modern, and just as described on the listing. My pup even enjoyed the open space to run around! David was also flexible and responsive when messaging. We will definitely consider staying here next time we make our way to Oceanside.

Words cannot describe how beautiful this property is. It's hard to get any closer to the ocean. Walk upstairs and your jaw will drop at the spectacular view from the living room. Being able to listen to the waves crash made this visit so relaxing. We were able to watch surfers, pelicans, dolphins and we even saw a whale from the balcony. Even though the beach is rocky, the small, private beach area was perfect for the kids to play smash ball and cornhole (which was provided in the garage). The place was spotless, and we felt comfortable and "at home" during our visit. The place was very roomy, and the beds were very comfortable. We truly did not want to leave when our time was up. I would return in a heartbeat. I could not recommend this place more! Book it, you will not be disappointed.

David's place was spacious and beautiful. My family of 6 had a magnificent time. The location of this property is top-tier. This is definitely one of the best Airbnb locations that we have stayed at. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

David’s place was everything. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable with breathtaking views. The ocean lulled me to sleep every night; I also enjoyed watching the sunset from the king bed. This place was well stocked with dishes, cleaning supplies, beach chairs and light snacks to make the most of your stay. I came with my husband and 5 children for Spring break and everyone had an awesome experience. LEGOLAND is 15 minutes away as is other exciting attractions. I would definitely have my family visit here again.

David was the best host ever. He greeted us at the property and explained everything. Being right on the beach is spectacular and this unit did not disappoint. It has top notch cookware, comfy bedding and so very spacious. Too many personal touches to name. Can’t wait to stay again.

Beautiful stay, unbelievable sunsets!

Beautiful accommodations!!! We celebrated my wife’s 70th birthday and it couldn’t have been nicer! We had the waves crashing on the semi private beach below the master suite. We watched the dolphins swim by the condo from our bed and then the balcony. Big and spacious accommodations with everything we possibly need. Pet friendly so our son was able to bring his small dog.

This condo was spotless and well kept. There was enough beds for all five of us to have our own. The location is perfect for a short stroll to the beach and the pier. Many little restaurants and shops to experience. My favorite food in Oceanside is the Açaí bowl!! Mission street is great for dinner and drinks. Also there are several breweries near by. My family loves to surf and found this spot to be a great place for that. One thing I want to mention is the twin beds are not as comfortable as all the other beds. Enjoyed our vacation. Thank you

Outstanding and just plain stunning. We loved it, had family over from France and they were blown away. We saw dolphins and sea birds up close every day!

Location is perfect for kids. Beach access easy. House was perfect for 6 of us, 3 kids, 3 adults. Had groceries delivered & the house had ever we needed. We’ll be back.

First time visiting Oceanside and we chose the right place to stay. More than enough room, a clean property and a private beach. Loved listening to waves during the day and during the night. Absolutely gorgeous sunsets available from the comfort of your very own patio.

The veiw was lovely. The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks was heavenly. The square footage of the place and the size and space in the bedrooms was good. The previous renter had a dog "Gucci" that had peed on the carpet by the back door, obviously slept in a twin bed that wasn't changed, and lefts it's gold cahin collar in the couch cushions. So, that wasn't ideal. The kitchen could use some upgrades. The refrigerator froze our food (we have to bring a lot of food for health reasons), one burner on the stove didn't work, the faucet was stuck in place. It could use a strainer, can opener, trash bags, and a few little things like that. The rest of the house was good! The beds are very comfortable. The comforters and pillows were clean and comfy. There were plenty of towels for both beach and bath. We don't usually contact the host, but this time we did, and he was very responsive and kind. It was worth sleeping, in a new found deep dimension, to the sound of those waves! I miss those!!

I booked this Air B&B for my parents during my wedding weekend. The location and view was great but there were some issues with our stay. - None of the TV’s in the unit worked. It took David until the third night of the stay to get back to me about the TV’s. When he arrived unannounced with my elderly mother there alone he was extremely rude to her because she was having trouble using the keypad. He then attempted to do it himself to which it took him multiple tries to get it open. It’s tough to enjoy your stay when you can’t even watch TV. When he couldn’t get the TV’s to work he just said “yeah sorry about that” and walked out. Ok? David was offering a partial refund but when he didn’t like what I said he turned and said my service dog “peed” and “smelt” bad but said nothing when he came by and my dog was right next to him on the couch. He blames my dog for one single stain when all the carpets/couches had multiple stains from previous guests that he admitted “trashed the unit”.

Everything was great. We had a little issue with the refrigerator and David sent someone to take a look even though it had started working already. But overall great experience and felt like our home.

My husband and I stayed almost a full week here with our two teen boys and we highly recommend this property. Great location, beautiful view, updated furnishings and decor, easy parking, comfortable beds, and responsive property manager. We loved listening to the waves crash right outside the back doors, watching beautiful sunsets from the balcony, slept great every night and easy come-and-go to both Oceanside and Carlsbad. Appreciated that they had beach chairs for us to use since we flew in from out of state and could only bring our suitcases. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious and clean. The ocean views were breathtaking and listening to the ocean waves was peaceful and relaxing. Catching a glimpse of dolphins each day was an added bonus! Thank you David for your quick response to our one question when checking in.

If you have anything larger than a mid size vehicle you won’t be able to park in the garage. Typical for so cal. Street parking in front on the building was a breeze. The unit was incredible! Not a swimmable beach -more of a high tide, rocky and yet great for surfers kind of beach, but worth it for the views. Realistically a mile walk to the pier where restaurants are. Would definitely stay here again. Just gorgeous. Updated furnishings not shown in the listing, such a nice surprise to see how refreshed everything was upon check in. I also hesitate to tell everyone how great this place is for fear of not being able to find it available in the future!

This is an amazing Oceanside spot. You’ll hear and see the serene waves throughout your stay. 3 bedrooms are spacious, clean, and have well-planned essentials. Check in process was easy and didn’t involve any direct contact which is always a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a magical week at this property and we will for sure be going back! There's nothing more therapeutic then hearing the ocean waves crashing all night while you sleep and keeping the doors open to feel that ocean breeze your whole stay! The private beach was perfect for us to play on with our kids with all the beach stuff you could need. The property manager David was so helpful and super responsive, we had one minor issue and he went above and beyond on to help correct for us so we could have a comfortable stay. Just book the trip, you won't regret it!! Can't wait to come back!

Needed a last minute place due to a scheduling error and David responded so quickly I was in his place within 30 minutes of booking. It was a dream come true! I would recommend staying here to anyone that enjoys a view to die for & within walking distance to everything. A much needed last minute getaway has turned in to a new place I will definitely be looking to stay at in the future.
