Oceanfront Home w/ Panoramic Views & Private Beach

I was in need of some ocean therapy. David's place was perfect for my needs and actually exceeded expectations. There was a problem with the WiFi but collectively they got it handled, and I was back to work beachside. I will be back!

David was a very helpful and responsive host. The kitchen was beautiful and super new looking. Sleek kitchen island and beautiful accessories. The views throughout the home were also stunning of course, as pictured in the listing. Would definitely come back!

This home was perfect for our Oceanside vacation. The home felt well maintained and nicely upgraded. Every room was ocean front. The sandy, beach backyard was perfect for us with our 3yo, and it was well equipped with beach toys. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, David, for the lovely accommodations and warm hospitality!

This house is a stunner. The view alone is amazing. The house has been upgraded with very modern touches that make it feel very high-end and worth the price. I travelled with my 75 year old mother and 2 year old daughter. Grandma and baby loved the private sand area for playing in. Access to the actual water requires walking down an unrailed boulder/rock stair set. My mother did not feel confident doing that so missed a chance to dip her toes in. The beach is rocky before it gets sandy so consider bringing some water shoes. Compared to the many other rentals in Oceanside, this one was very private which we liked. Access to the public beach and the main street of Oceanside is about a 20 minute walk. There are two great beachside playgrounds there.

Another great stay at this beautiful Oceanside home. We love that fact that we can take the rock stairs down to the beach. The place is just wonderful and we plan to come again next year.

Great spot! House is perfect, semi private beach area. Not the greatest for kids due to the rocks and the semi private beach area outside the kids room. Definitely recommend for adults! Overall I would say 10/10 for amount and quality of the location.

We loved our place and our host was very easy and easy to communicate with. We loved everything but wished we had hangout beach access. Beautiful view but not easy to get down to the water from our place and there isn’t a beach to hangout on on the water. Loved everything else. Close to pier and parks, which was great.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was pristine and the oceanfront location was breathtaking. We loved having the area of sand out front to lay out and enjoy the glistening water and breeze. The kitchen was so pretty, the beds super comfy with TVs in every room, such an awesome setup! Thank you for hosting us!

The location was great and the home looked nice at first glance. However, the cleaning crew did not do a proper job. There were leftover toilet papers in the bathroom, unwashed pots and frying pans in the drawer, and dead bugs and hairs throughout the space. We also found a leftover rotten smoothie in the refrigerator. It was disappointing, especially given the potential of the property.

What can I say? An amazing home with breathtaking views and unequaled access to the beach. Super modern and clean and well set-up. Grateful to have stayed there.

Lovely oceanfront beach house. It’s so nicely done inside. We had everything we needed. I loved being right on the oceanfront. Having the sandy area is awesome and there are some rough stone steps to get down to beach. Wouldn’t be a problem for anyone without mobility issues or small children. We would definitely come back! Loved it.

All I can say is WOW! Such a beautiful and peaceful home! House was super clean, organized and we felt right at home. The views and private beach were perfect for a relaxing stay. My family had a great time at David's place. His place was very clean and the kitchen had top of the line appliances. The location was wonderful as you are steps away from the beach.

Beautiful place right on the ocean. Views were spectacular and had a private beach access right out of the door. The house was updated with modern amenities. The auto bidet in master bathroom was a nice touch. Everything was amazing. The only nitpick I can do is the broken dishwasher, that needed to be unplugged and plugged back in after every cycle and the street sweeping that happens every other Mondays. Nothing can be done about the street sweeping, it's a city thing. But still a hassle to keep having to move the cars according to the time limits. You have to be careful about which side of the street you're parked, as each side has different sweeping times. Overall, a solid location and great accommodations!

Loved the stay! View is priceless. Pictures are accurate and the home was spotless. Food options near but if you want to stay home Kitchen is fully stocked. We will be back.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at David's place immensely. The location is beautiful and right on the ocean. The kitchen and amenities were wonderful, we felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!

My family and I recently stayed at this beachfront Airbnb and had an excellent experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The view was nothing short of spectacular, with stunning sunset right from the balcony. The place was impeccably clean, making it feel like a true getaway. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax by the beach! It was in a convenient location with lots of street parking. Best part was having the three bathrooms and showers for multiple couples; everyone got their own privacy and bathroom. I would gladly come back as David was an amazing host. He was very accommodating and approachable. The price was a little high but we’re also paying for a very comfortable stay in a beautiful area. We felt very safe.

This is a beautiful and modern unit in a perfect location - walkable to the pier, restaurants and shops . The beds are all very comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied. The view is gorgeous! We really enjoyed utilizing the private beach, and we saw dolphin every day! It was nice having one side in the garage to use for our stay. The street parking in front of the condo is easy, if needed. Star, the assistant manager, is fabulous!

This place is amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the amenities are flawless. It’s literally like checking into a turnkey five-star resort. 10/10 would book again.

Great Stay.

Great location with available one-car garage parking. Loved the high-end appliances and cabinetry throughout. Excellent security system with door alarms on every entry, very important if you bring young guests. Very spacious unit for our group of seven. Because of David's thoughtfulness, the unit had everything we needed to make our visit very comfortable and hassle-free. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful unit. David thank you! You were an outstanding host!

Amazing ocean views. Private family beach. Interior of condo very modern, well designed, great art, comfy beds. When we had an issue David answered immediately.

Beautiful view every hour of the day. Waves crashing outside. Tanning available in backyard. Coffee every morning Play area and bunk beds for kiddos.

David's place is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures don't do it justice. We were lucky that none of the other units were being occupied, therefore we had the private sand area to completely to ourselves. We were also able to paddle out and surf right outside which was convenient! There are better breaks just a few blocks north and south that I went to in a minute on my ebike so the location was perfect for surf.

5+ stars. This place is even better than the pictures, which I’ve found to be uncommon on most Airbnb listings. Each bedroom has an amazing ocean-front view with motorized blinds and sliding glass door. The entire condo is beautifully appointed with luxurious bedding, soft linens, top-tier kitchen appliances, and all the pots/pans/utensils. Best part of this condo is there are 3 separate bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms and ocean views. The host, David is super friendly and responsive. He answered a late phone call from me and resolved a minor issue within minutes. We picked this place because of the stellar reviews and they were spot-on. Highly recommend!!

My family had a great weekend stay. The home was beautiful and spacious and loved waking up to the sound of the waves crashing.

The place is very nice and well kept. Beautiful view, fun sand area for kids to play.

David’s place was amazing. The view was beautiful and there are no words to describe it except for “Book to See Now!” David was a great host and very responsive. The accommodations also were handy, he had a full gourmet kitchen that was great for us to use. The small private beach great for the kids and away from the water.

If you are seeking a location that provides relaxation, comfort, and exclusivity, this establishment is an ideal choice. The property was well-equipped, catering to most of our needs. It proved to be an excellent accommodation option for a birthday celebration. One minor inconvenience was the audibility of movement from the other rental unit upstairs. However, this would not deter me from returning in the future.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at David‘s place in Oceanside. The condo itself is even more beautiful than presented in the pictures and the view is just breathtaking. Everything from the location, to the amenities, chefs kitchen , and check in/out process was totally perfect. Additionally the beds were soooo comfortable! We  will absolutely book this condo again on our next trip to Oceanside:)

We stayed for a week at this beach house. Check in and check out was easy. The host was immediately available for questions. The place was clean and upscale and the ocean was right out the windows and sliding doors. It was relaxing even when some winter weather rolled through. It was very close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and we'd love to come back some day.

This place is so beautiful, has an amazing view and the house feels like home. The beds are very comfortable and the whole house feels cozy.

Great place. Great views. Clean and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms.

We LOVED this stay. We watched (and listened) to the waves for hours, enjoyed sunsets, and were THRILLED to see a pod of dolphins swim by a few times. The house was great and clean - as a family with young kids we especially liked that there were two bedrooms on a separate level so noise was never an issue. Loved this.

Amazing stay. Everything was exactly as described.

What an excellent spot! This home is everything it promises. Everything is top end for appliances, window screens, finishes, linen, fully stocked kitchen and beyond. Wish we had opportunity to stay longer Would certainly select this spot again when back to the area.

Great stay. Super clean. Easy check in. Exactly as described. Nice coffee pots. We especially enjoyed the Nespresso. Lots of coffee pods provided. However there could be more coffee cups, mugs provided. Communication with owner wasn’t super. I had to send a text to get instructions for checkin as I didn’t hear from him in a timely manner. Also there was a water leak(?) in the main floor bathroom. I sent a text asking him about it. Didn’t ever receive communication back from him A nice stay but would strongly suggest a more active role from the owner.

Enjoyable spacious place...Super clean, provided all the amenities needed...Outdoor space is very nice for sunsets and enjoying the waves crashing in... Would not hesitate to book this place again...

David’s place is truly immaculate! Tons of wonderful upgrades in this spacious 3 bedroom condo! Our family had a wonderful time! Honestly we even ordered food to go so we could hurry back and eat it on the patio with the fantastic view!! Nothing says “California” quite like enjoying a breakfast burrito and a coffee while watching surfers catch some waves! Thank you David! We will book again!!

Excellent upgrades in unit with a very functional kitchen. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere and loved the views and sounds of the ocean. Well worth the experience! The upstairs unit can be noisy, depending on the vacation renters using the unit at the time.

Great property!

This is a gorgeous unit right on the beach! Upgraded appliances and beautiful interior. Our biggest frustration was having difficulty with the wifi for the first half of our 4-day stay. The rental manager tried to help resolve it as quickly as he could. There was an issue with the garbage disposal that also required a visit from a plumber. Overall the location can’t be beat and the manager responded when needed. Aside from these little glitches, we are left with memories of the ocean lulling us to sleep and gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunsets.

This place is so so beautiful, I would book again 10/10. This condo is way better in person and the amenities it has are unmatched for the price. Thank you again

This was the perfect setup for my brothers family and myself. Such a beautiful space I extended my stay. Everything we needed was here. We woke up and went to bed with the sound of the ocean. I was inspired to make beautiful meals in the fully loaded wonderful kitchen. We will definately be back.

David’s place was truly a gem! Very clean and modern with waves crashing on the rocks. The oceanfront view from upstairs and downstairs was worth every penny. I will be returning soon.

We had a great time staying here! It was me, my husband, my parents and our 3 and 4.5 year old kids. While the beach was too rocky, there was a cute area with sand we could play in. There were sons of sand toys and we loved watching the waves crash against the rocks. You walk into the upstairs and there’s the main living area and one bedroom with a king bed (where me and my husband slept). It was great because there was a private deck off our room and living room, so we slept with the window opened listening to the waves. Downstairs was the true master bedroom, which was beautiful with an attached bathroom. One more room was downstairs with bunk beds and the kids loved staying in there. Their bathroom was across the hall, and both bedrooms opened up to the sand area. Everything was clean, the kitchen was modern and even stock with some cooking basics like salt, oil, etc and plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. We were about a 4 min drive to the downtown area and pier where we hung out every day, got ice cream, fish & chips and my husband and I went out to the bars one night. We were very happy with our stay there from cleanliness, friendliness of owner and items provided. We would definitely stay there again!

Nicely upgraded home right at the ocean. You could always hear the ocean waves, very relaxing. Sand patio and yard. Everything was top notch. There is no table so we brought our own card table and chair set for playing cards and board games.

The rooms offer stunning views, the kitchen is perfect for culinary enthusiasts, and the beds and bathrooms are clean and cozy. It was a great stay for both seniors and kids. David, the host, was awesome and responsive. Everything about this house and location is amazing. We will definitely come back! We spent most of our time on the beach, so we can't comment on nearby restaurants or shops.

We had a fantastic time that included my sister and my adult kids and their significant others... The waves were mesmerizing. As a designer myself, I rarely see vacation rentals with the attention to detail that this one had. Beautifully appointed and comfortable. Great area, we would have rated 5 star but there were noisy guests in the unit upstairs. Otherwise, fabulous!

Hands down, best air bnb we have stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot of air bnb’s. This place is clean, neat, and modern. The view doesn’t get any better than this, and we even saw dolphins swimming. Living room and bedrooms all have beautiful views of the ocean. Nice modern tv’s in every room. And the bidet omg the bidet! and toilet seat warmer in the master is amazing. Bed and pillows are very comfy. David was very quick at responding to any questions we had. We were able to go down the rocks easily and get in the water. (I have very bad knees and I was able to get down very easily). Recommend 1000 percent.

David & Heather's place is fantastic. It was perfect for our family. The location (especially the backyard) is absolutely amazing. The entire home is beautiful, spacious, and well designed. The place is extremely comfortable and accommodating. Everything we needed was in walking distance which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our host was superb. Communication was clear, concise, friendly and informative. We will definitely be back.

My goal whenever I splurge on a VRBO is to fill my kids' eyes with wonder. This place definitely fit the bill! Being right on the ocean like this is something everyone should experience at least once if they can! Very lovely vacation spot!

We had a wonderful stay. David’s home is absolutely stunning. Please note that the beach is mostly to look at (you can’t easily get to the actual water as the beach is rocky). We enjoyed sitting on the sandy area directly out the door and listening to the waves and watching the ocean. The kids had a great time playing in the sandy area.

We were staying at a different Airbnb in Oceanside owned by a different company and because of the constant rain and bad weather while we were staying there, a dangerous leak presented itself and we had to move house immediately. I got in contact with David about any potentially available locations after seeing his name pop up on my search and he suggested a condo that turned out to be the most beautiful condo right on the beach. He helped us immensely right when we needed it and turned our disaster vacation into an amazing trip. The condo was gorgeous with every amenity you could think of, as well as the softest beds I've ever slept in; airbnb or otherwise. Highly recommend!

David's place was the perfect spot for our family getaway. It's incredibly well appointed and the views are to die for. The sandy beach (with toys!) was the perfect hang out spot for our toddler and cooking in the kitchen was a joy. David was incredibly responsive with any questions we might have had. The location is great and the pier and restaurants are all easily walkable. This is a duplex and there is a property above which means the bedroom on the top floor can definitely hear some footsteps above you but overall it's not bad. The amenities, location and host make this a must stay when in Oceanside!
