Great stay

We had a great 4 day stay at this beautiful house. Amazing location on the beach, close to food, other beaches, shopping, Lego land etc. house was perfect, clean, and had everything we needed. Beach toys for the kids, and a firepit with wood. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my family’s 4th annual visit to Oceanside to celebrate a birthday and kick off summer. Prior, we used another rental company who have a large presence in Oside, and wanted something different, and I’m very pleased we did. The house was spectacular! The entire place was squeaky clean, including the beautiful flooring that can be difficult to clean (stone/travertine style). The kitchen had a nice variety of snacks, which was completely unexpected and a great touch. Couches were all clean, inside and outside, giving a comfortable feel without the worry I get when at other rentals. The views were great, giving privacy in the 3 different patio/decks. The garage parking was very difficult for our cars (both are quite small), although we parked them both in the garage, it was not worth the hassle after the first day. It’s a great option, but unfortunate the design is so tight. There was plenty of street parking, so it was not an issue. I 100% recommend over any spot I’ve been.

This is the perfect location. The views are incredible and you have your own private little beach area. 10/10 recommend.

What a blessing to spend time at this amazing property! Spectacular views of the Pacific from multiple decks of the property along with the beautifully appointed household made our time there very memorable for our family. Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen, including an espresso machine, completed our perfect stay. The neighborhood is in a great location but was also very peaceful. I would book David's beachhouse again in a heartbeat.

We took our family to Oceanside for our son's 24th birthday, and staying at this stunning three-story villa made the experience unforgettable. The views were absolutely breathtaking—pictures don’t do this place justice; you have to see it for yourself! The kitchen accommodations were beyond perfect, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy family time. David was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. This home gets 5+ stars from me. Highly recommend! David’s place was absolutely beautiful. It was so relaxing to rise in the mornings and watch the surfers and the porpoises just outside the widows or on the terrace of the beautiful home. And falling asleep to the sound of the surf was amazing! The kitchen is the most well stocked of any STR we have ever stayed at. There is plenty of space in the home to break away for some privacy if desired. David is a spectacular host who even allowed us to check in early after a red eye flight going nearly 20 hours without sleep to catch a nap before the other guests arrived. And then he was kind enough to stop by to explain the fireplace on the middle balcony. We would not hesitate to stay at this beautiful home again!

Absolutely breathtaking and accommodating, we enjoyed every minute, every picturesque moment. We will be returning for sure, unfortunately we were in dire circumstances due to our evacuation. But we were blessed to find a moment of peace in such turmoil thanks to this stunning stay.

Breath taking views! A stunning home with so many accommodations. My group and I enjoyed this spacious and cozy beach home and we felt right at home. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need to cook and entertain. I already can’t wait to return and enjoy this space again in the future! So worth it.

We look forward to coming back to this gorgeous house with breathtaking views. We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of crashing waves. We were able to see dolphins passing by right in front of us with our naked eyes. The multiple balconies were perfect for our friends and our teenagers to hang out on. Dave, the house manager, was incredibly kind to setup the fire pit for us. We ran out of time so didn’t get to experience the use of the new fire pit so that’ll have to wait for the next time.

Absolutely amazing beach house. We loved it and they had everything fully stocked. This place has everything you could possibly need. Best time ever and we will definitely be back. The ocean views are top tier and you can’t beat it.

Great location. About a mile to the Oceanside Pier. And just a few blocks from a park and Buccaneer Cafe. The decks were great! Comfortable beds.

David was an excellent host and fortunately he was at the property to show us around and provide additional details about the property amenities. You can tell he cares about the property and the guests’ experiences. He was engaging with us at first, which was helpful, and then respected our space the rest of the stay. The property was clean, looked like the pictures, well-stocked with kitchen items, a welcome basket, and beach toys/furnature. When this property is available, we will be planning future stays with our family and friends when we are looking to get away to the beach.

This home had very good character and the views from the entire house were openly ocean views and beautiful. The price for this type of home was fair and worth it and the amenities worked well. The home is built pretty much on the beach and has direct beach access. The parking situation is also fairly easy and comfortably fit my party’s 3 vehicles.

Do yourself a favor and BOOK THIS PLACE NOW! What an incredible place. The pictures DO NOT do it justice. The management crew was super amazing and awesome. We got to chat with them when they were there doing some work around the units. I cannot wait to come back to this one. It was breathtaking and PERFECT!

Spent a weekend here to celebrate my 21st birthday with some friends and we had the time of our lives. David's place is absolutely beautiful, with great views and so many amenities it's hard to utilize them all! Great service, the caretakers and property managers were super helpful, friendly and welcoming. This is definitely a place we plan on coming back to!

Great space for three couples to enjoy!

Our family enjoyed a relaxing and serene weekend for my sister in laws birthday. It was peaceful and scenic. David’s home on the beach was breathtaking and I highly recommend people to book this spot. The home was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. The beds in every room were all so comfortable, that I can lay in it all day. I had the best sleep with the sound of the ocean waves during our trip. The lighting in every area of the home made the space shine beautifully. The outdoor patio for all floors of the house was perfect. The two bedrooms facing the beach had sliding doors that opens towards the beach. We had a lovely time on the beach with our nephew who played on the sand for hours. There were beach toys to build a sand castle, umbrellas, beach chairs and the home provided beach towels. We also loved that the garage had a shower to wash off the sand from the beach before coming into the home. A beautiful time with our family and we shared unforgettable memories here!

My family and I had a wonderful time at David's home, it felt like a true getaway with the panoramic views and being able to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean was incredibly relaxing. We also got to enjoy beautiful views of the sunset and were also able to see some seals and many dolphons right in front of the house! Very much appreciated how quick David was to respond, would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Beautiful home in a great location! Can’t say how therapeutic the sound of waves crashing right below you is. And if you want a bit of peace just shut the doors. David couldn’t be a more attentive host - always checking to see if there was anything else we may need. Didn’t need anything else as House comes nicely stocked and is well taken care of.

This was a peaceful, private location. It was a nice getaway. Everyone had their own space throughout the villa. If interested in a workout, there is a pier a mile down. It’s perfect for those wanting to get active.

We sent the host pics of water leaking from the ceiling light in the bathroom below. The host replied to us the next day asking us to not use those restrooms. We spent our entire trip down 2 restrooms for our group. We were left in state of stress and panic because the host did not get back to us regarding water leaking from a light fixture. This happened our second night around 9 pm. I figured the host would have gotten back to us sooner since he messaged us a picture of the blinds the first night around 10:30 pm (we had accidentally crumpled the shades slightly since we had a case of water on the floor) We corrected it immediately and the host responded immediately at 1030. For the price we paid, I expected some sort of resolution in a timely manner but host failed to do so. We have family living in the area so we were able to utilize their bathrooms to make it work. This place has so much potential but based off our last experience we will not return. There's plenty of new options

We had family in town for a funeral - this was a great place to stay and for cousins to hang out together. Beautiful setting, plenty of space to sit around, well appointed kitchen. Highly recommend!

Amazing place and David was fantastic! We came in for a family wedding and didn’t want to leave. David worked seamlessly with our BabyQuip renter which made traveling with 2 young kids even easier. We will definitely be returning to this amazing house!

We had a really wonderful time staying at this beachside villa. The home is large and stunning views from every room and all three floors! The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, plates to make it easy for home cooked meals. As a big plus was the Nespresso machine provided (and much needed every morning). The proximity to the beach was amazing, with immediate access from the home. We can’t wait to be back and explore Oceanbeach some more!

First and last time using Airbnb.4 stars for the house -1 for the owner. The house was beautiful until you stay and start to notice things. Some lights didn’t work,roaches inside and outside the property,tv cut off randomly and restarts, ac stays on even when you cut it off, tub kept draining out water even when pushed in(like instructed)with little to no water in it and no one in as well, sink had a horrible sewage/ fish smell coming from it,the list goes on. The owner told us that we could message him directly whenever about our issues with the property and when we did he acted like everything was ok until on the day of our check out, the host showed up unexpectedly while my sister was loading the car and told her that “this is Airbnb not a hotel there will be problems” and that actually messaging him about the problems was inappropriate, he further continued until I(the older sister) showed up and he left immediately.She was left upset by the encounter. Very unprofessional behavior

Amazing place and view. A little slice of Santorini in California. Plenty of parking on the street and close to lots of places to shop and eat in town. Although the beach is smaller at that spot (there is a private beach above the rocks) it’s still very easy to swim and enjoy the water.

From the moment we booked it David was very responsive and helpful. He allowed us to check in early and came over to point out a few things and gave some local recommendations. The home itself was very nice and very well furnished inside. It felt clean and had a basket of snacks and the cabinets were filled with everything to be able to make a meal at home. The beach was non accessible and the sea wall has collapsed making it difficult to maneuver and an eyesore for sure but we still very much enjoyed the 3 patios looking out at the ocean. We watched lots of surfers, saw a pod of dolphins and a friendly seal trying to come on shore to see if some local fishermen would share their catch of the day. Having a bathroom In every room was awesome and the laundry room was a nice feature. The TV’s were large and the beds were comfy. It was nice having a garage space as well. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the pier with shopping and restaurants. Would recommend!

We loved our stay here, the house was perfect for our group, which was a mix of parents and teens. All the decks gave everyone a space to hang out and enjoy the views. The beach access was a bit difficult so make plans to pack a bag and walk a block or two if you want to spend time at the beach. All in all we had a great visit and were very pleased with the home!

Beautiful home with an amazing view. Minutes from coffee, breweries, and restaurants. Also walking distance to a park. Every room had its own private bathroom, which was very convenient for our group. The house also had three separate balconies which we thoroughly enjoyed. I had some communication with the host David, and he was very responsive and easy to deal with.

Beachfront location and views are fantastic. Very close to downtown and the pier. Home was clean and beds very comfortable. Great stocked kitchen for cooking and BBQ available on the deck for grilling. David was very responsive during the booking process. We would definitely book again.

I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful ocean view home. It's absolutely gorgeous! There's plenty of space and has everything you could need. Very clear instructions were provided on how to access the property. There was also a binder with all instructions and local recommendations. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommend and will likely stay again!
