Beautiful Park City Townhome - Centrally Located

Great stay!

Wonderful townhouse in Park City. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, cups, etc and some of the best knives I have ever used. The house was within walking distance of a nice grocery store. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

This place is the best - second time here for our family of 4 - outstanding once again - place hasn't changed a bit - still the clean, peaceful, well appointed/cozy condo that we hope to visit again soon.

The best Airbnb in Park City! Super close to downtown but also quiet in the neighborhood. The walking path was our favorite!!!

Great stay!! Stayed here for my bachelorette with my girls and it was super easy to find, great location right near the grocery store, and a short drive to main street. Very clean and comfortable!

Great home for our family stay in Park City. Ideal space for our family, well equipped kitchen and easy to get back and forward to town and the mountain resort. Good communication throughout meant that all aspect of our stay went really well!

David’s place is immaculate, comfortable, well stocked, convenient location and David was very nice and responsive

I stayed here with a group of friends while attending the Sundance film festival. This was an excellent home base for us. It was clean and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the bus stop, so we could easily get around the festival. Main Street was about a 30-40 minute walk away for those who enjoy to explore on foot! The host was very easy to communicate with, replied quickly, and was so helpful. Our whole group agreed we'd love to come back to the same place in the future!

Beautiful condo perfectly located with everything you need!

We really enjoyed our 1st stay at David’s well appointed home in Park City. The location was the perfect midway point between Main Street/PC mountain and Canyon’s Village. As a runner, I loved the ease of the local trails and breathtaking scenery! Our favorite meals were at Chimayo in town and Hearth and Hill in Kimball Junction. The Market had wonderful provisions and Park City Gardens a hidden gem for coffee and gifts. Silver King Coffee is adorable and the Wasatch bagel and grill worth a trip for breakfast/lunch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property. The only downside was the unfortunate strike by the ski patrol union which made skiing a challenge and disappointing. A drive to Deer Valley a must. Book all reservations before departure!

This place was perfect! Not only was it spotless clean but it was spacious, beautifully decorated and in a great location. David was very responsive and a great host. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. It was so easy to feel right at home. The parking was easy, as was the check in process. Highly recommend this spot!

Loved the location. It was in close proximity to everything. The townhome was very cozy and clean. Kitchen and family room was very cozy. Only issue was the upstairs temp regulation was a little rough, but not enough to negatively effect our stay. Would definitely rent from here again.

This house was perfect for a quick 4th of July getaway for my family. By far one of the best stocked Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at, with everything you need in the kitchen (beyond the basics), extra linens and pillows and, my personal favorite touch, luggage racks in every bedroom. Having garage access was a huge plus, with lots of additional parking next to the house. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely condo - cozy, central location, quiet, clean and a wonderful host. Exactly as described in the listing. Kitchen was well stocked, beds/linens/towels were very high quality. We loved that the bike path to connect us to everything was a pedal stroke away. Our family of 4 spread out comfortably in the 3 large bedrooms. Enjoyed walking to Five Seeds for breakfast and Versante for pizza. This one is a gem - wish we could’ve stayed longer! Definitely hope to come back soon.

Amazing stay! The place is beautiful and looks just like the photos. Our family had a great time staying here. It's close to many restaurants, grocery markets, and hiking trails. Definitely recommend!

My family had a lovely stay in David’s house. It was very clean and beautifully furnished. Kitchen was well-equipped and there were some great luxury touches (motorized blinds, motion-sensing light switches). The Tesla charger worked great but we didn’t use the car much as the house is right next to a trail that let us bike or walk to a play park, pump track and nice restaurants. We enjoyed our time there so much we extended for an extra night! We hope to be back next year.

Really great airbnb! David was very responsive and accommodating and we loved that we were not too close to downtown, but close enough! The surroundings were peaceful and quiet.
